Your account email, your first name, the preferences you choose during onboarding, your check-ins, journal entries, goals, challenge completions, and progress data.
Only you. Access rules are enforced at the database level, so your entries are readable only by your own signed-in account.
AI reflections are opt-in. When you request one, we send a minimal snapshot of what you chose that day — mood, category, need, and any optional note or the single journal entry you selected. We never send your full history, and you can turn AI off in Account settings.
You can delete any journal entry or check-in, export your data, and delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account settings.
Your private journal content is never sold or shared for advertising.
