Your account email, your first name, the preferences you choose during onboarding, your check-ins, journal entries, goals, challenge completions, and progress data.
Only you. Access rules are enforced at the database level, so your entries are readable only by your own signed-in account.
AI reflections are opt-in. When you request one, we send a minimal snapshot of what you chose that day — mood, category, need, and any optional note or the single journal entry you selected. We never send your full history, and you can turn AI off in Account settings.
You can delete any journal entry or check-in, export your data, and delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account settings.
My Children & Dependents lets an adult account holder store information about a child or other dependent in their care. Children and dependents never receive an account, never sign in, and never interact with AI or other members. Before the first profile is created, the adult confirms they are at least 18, that they are authorized to manage the information, and that My Her Journey does not verify legal authority; we record the date and the version of this notice.
What may be collected, all of it optional: preferred and legal name, relationship, date of birth, pronouns, address, general notes, health and safety details, medications, insurance details, school or program details, caregiver and pickup contacts, emergency information, documents you upload, reminders, memories, and custody or care notes. It is collected only to provide this organizing feature — never for advertising, marketing profiles, audience creation, data sales, data brokerage, cross-site tracking or AI model training. We do not ask for or store Social Security numbers.
Service providers who process it on our behalf: our hosting and database provider (which stores the records and files), our email provider (for reminders you switch on), and our payment provider (for your subscription only — it never receives dependent information). If you switch on My Journey AI for a dependent, only the categories you approve are sent to our AI provider to answer that one question; medical identifiers such as policy and member ID numbers are never sent, and nothing is used to train models. AI access is off by default and can be switched off, with its history deleted, at any time.
Retention: dependent information is kept while you keep the profile. Deleting a profile permanently removes it and every record linked to it, and deleting your account removes it too. You can review, correct, download and delete dependent information at any time from the profile itself, and revoke any sharing or AI permission immediately.
