Most daily check-ins take about 2–3 minutes.

If you want to stay longer, you can journal or work through a personal-growth activity — but the check-in itself is designed to be quick.

Your daily check-in is one per day — you can reopen and view it any time, and your streaks and statistics are based on that single primary check-in so they stay accurate.

Yes. Your journal entries are private to your account by default. They are never publicly displayed and are never shared with other members.

No. AI journal reflection is always optional.

Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose "Reflect with AI" on a specific entry — and then only that entry's content is processed to create the reflection you asked for.

Can I delete a journal entry?

Yes. You can edit your entries at any time and permanently delete any entry you no longer want to keep.
